Madden composed this song for an art competition at school. The theme was "Beauty is...." She said the falling leaves are beautiful to her because it makes her think of the cool autumn weather.

UT Campus
I spent a lot of time on UT campus this past week. My college roommate, Lara, and her family were in town visiting! We spent last Saturday roaming campus - we hit up every bookstore looking for the perfect Longhorn t-shirts, ate lunch at Dirty Martin's (yum!), and explored the Architecture buildings. Abby and Madden are both considering Architecture careers, so it was fun to peek into the studios to see what the students were working on. Then Wednesday night was trick-or-treating at the ZTA house! The girls LOVE to walk through the house and see where I used to live. Fun times - ran into several of us who lived at the house together. Happy Halloween!

New Cousin!
Callie and Madden are excited that they have a new baby girl cousin, Keelin. She was born this weekend to Uncle Jordan and Aunt Bree. Madden and Callie were flower girls in Jordan and Bree's wedding five years ago! Very exciting news!
