In Madden's words, "It was boring." Apparently the pre-party and pizza at Erin's house far outshone the actual dance.

Paper Plates Remain Undefeated!

The Paper Plates won again today with the score being a lot of goals to one. They gave up their first goal of the season, however (don't ask Macallister who was defending on that shot - Oops!). But, Callie also got her second goal of the season. She was proud of herself, as the goal came while she was playing center-mid. In the past she hasn't liked playing that position which requires her to play offense and defense (too much running!), but we think today she realized that this position offers her the best of both worlds. She has the ability to play defense which she loves, but also the opportunity to score goals! Hurray Paper Plates!

Orlando Without Us

In the olden days, I would have gotten an invitation.... Imagine, going to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter WITHOUT your own child! Cruel and unusual, I say. Lucky for me (and MY children), we are planning to go next June.

Team Duncan

We had a great visit to Lubbock last weekend for Senator Duncan's wedding. Team Duncan and spouses went to dinner afterward and had a great time. Congrats to the happy couple! Unfortunately, I didn't get their photo. My bad.
