This week we had the school award ceremonies. I am uber proud to report that both girls were on the 1st Honor Roll which translates into a GPA of above a 3.875. Wow! Not so sure I would have made that list!
In addition, they received a few extra awards. Callie received outstanding achievement in choir. Madden received an International Baccalaureate (IB) certificate Ambassador award (completing 3 years of IB work), the EA Murchison Award (over 100 hrs of community service), President's Award for Educational Excellence (GPA requirement plus teacher recommendation), Academic Excellence on the Thunderbird Team, Dance Department Best Leader (she was the only leader!), and Excellence in Photography. Whew! Very proud of these hard-working, very busy, and successful girls.
